Ron Ousky has devoted his practice to helping people find better ways to resolve family conflict.  He has been recognized as a world leader in the area of Collaborative Family Law and is currently the President of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.    In 2006, Ron co-authored  The Collaborative Way to Divorce, The Revolutionary Method that Results in Less Stress, Lower Costs, and Happier Kids--Without Going to Court  with Stu Webb, the founder of Collaborative Law. 

Ron has practiced family law in the Twin Cities since 1983 and currently limits his practice to Collaborative Law, mediation and consultation.  He is regularly recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in Minneapolis St. Paul magazine and receives an "AV" rating, (the highest possible rating) in Martindale Hubbell, an  international attorney rating service.

Ron has provided workshops and lectures on Collaborative Practice throughout the world and frequently trains other attorneys on the skills needed to practice Collaborative Law effectively.   He has been interviewed about Collaborative Law by many local and national media outlets, including the CBS Evening News.
